Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns (Within 14 Days)
You may return your item within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Items must be free from stains, damage, makeup, or odors
• All original tags and hygiene liners must be intact and attached

Any items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Return Fee
A €4.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund when returning an item.

Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges. If you need a different size of the same item, we will process this at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Worn or used swimwear
• Items with stains, marks, or damage
• Items without hygiene liners or missing parts

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (minus the €4.99 return fee). Please allow a few working days for the funds to appear in your account.
