Returns Policy

Returns policy: 

Customers have 14 days to return their order for refund. Refunds will be issued by the same method used to pay for the order (eg. debit card/ maestro etc.). Refunds/exchanges can only occur under the following circumstances:

  • Any labels or stickers are not removed from the product wished to be returned.
  • The product to be returned is not damaged/ washed/ dirty/ altered from its original state. This warranty does not extend to any damages resulting from wear and tear, intentional damage, accident, misuse, or negligence.
  • Please consider that return fees will be deducted from your refund/ exchange.

Exchanges will depend on stock levels.

If the item is faulty and you wish to be refunded , do not use this product further as this may affect the amount refunded.

Unreasonable claims:If fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to suspend your account and any related accounts, and/or withhold your refund. Such suspicions may arise from claims regarding undelivered orders, missing, damaged, incorrect, or used items, among others.

Should your account be suspended for any of the reasons mentioned above and you wish to make a legitimate return within 14 days of receiving goods, please get in touch with our Customer Service team. You will be responsible for covering the return expenses and retaining proof of postage until your return is received and processed.

  1. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser upon the acquisition of a new item directly from us.
  2. Any attempt by a third party to repair or alter the product will void this warranty.
  3. Should a dispute arise regarding the cause of damage, we reserve the right to evaluate the nature of the defect. Only if their assessment indicates a flaw in material or craftsmanship will we proceed with repairs.
  4. Expenses resulting from inadequate care of the product are not covered under this warranty.
  5. Kindly retain your proof of purchase documentation, as it will be necessary to facilitate warranty service should you need to file a claim.
  6. Please inform us within 14 days of purchase if you intend to request a replacement for a defective item.
