Payments and Delivery
- Deliveries are made to the provided address when the item is ordered. The customer holds full responsibility for ensuring the information provided is accurate and correct.
- You accept and agree that we are not liable for any delivery delays.
- You accept and agree that we are not held responsible if the delivery package or any items go missing. However, we will do our best to assist you with suitable and discussed replacements.
- We shall not be held accountable for any inability or delay in fulfilling our obligations under a Contract if it's caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- A Force Majeure Event encompasses any incident, occurrence, non-occurrence, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to):
- Strikes, labor disputes, or other industrial actions;
- Civil unrest, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks, or threats thereof, war (declared or undeclared), or preparations for war;
- Fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, subsidence, epidemics, or other natural disasters;
- Inability to utilize railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other modes of public or private transportation;
- Inability to access public or private telecommunications networks;
- Governmental acts, decrees, laws, regulations, or restrictions;
- Pandemics or epidemics.
- Our performance under any Contract shall be considered suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event. During this period, we will be granted an extension of time to fulfill our obligations. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the Force Majeure Event or find alternative solutions to fulfill our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure Event.
Payment and Order:
Your method of payment will be charged when you click the ‘confirm’ button.

The payment method used should be in the name of the person who made the order. Sometimes this card may be checked during delivery.
- Upon placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging the receipt of your order. Please be aware that this acknowledgment does not signify acceptance of your order.
- We will communicate our acceptance of your order by sending you an email confirming the dispatch of the products ("Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between us will be established only upon sending you the Dispatch Confirmation.
- In cases where we are unable to authenticate the delivery or payment details provided by you, we have the right to restrict delivery to the address registered with your credit or debit card.
Orders placed by you on the website nerissaswim for the products offered by us through the website are only an offer to conclude a sales contract. The sales contract is entered into upon the confirmation of the order by e-mail by us to you.
You are the individual or individuals placing the order (‘you’, ‘your’). You must be 18 years or over to enter into a contract with us by placing an order with us, you confirm that you are 18 years or over. If you are not yet 18, you agree that you have obtained the bill payer’s permission to enter in to a contract with us.
This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Neither party will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to end the contract or make any changes to these terms.
