Our Story

Nerissa is the female spirit of the sea waters or sea nymph according to Greek mythology. 

In tribute and loving memory of the strongest, most influential, inspiring and loving person in my life, my grandmother Aphrodite, the logo is inspired by the Greek goddess of love, natural beauty, passion, simplicity, freedom and desire. 

Our goal is to empower females to be themselves, unapologetically free from societal beauty standards and to embrace their desire for adventures, spontaneity and the joys of the magical island life.
